There's a difference between being popular and having friends.
To be popular, you be what everybody wants and/or expects you to be.
To have friends, you be yourself - regardless of what anybody else wants you to be.
How do you make friends and become popular in sixth grade? I already am moderately popular, and have a lot of friends, but there will be new kids?
