There's nothing that sucks more than when parents fight. Speaking to them about it can be mega awkward too, but not saying anything means running the risk of the problem continuing.

I have 2 pieces of advice that may help you when your parents fight:

  1. All parents fight. It's not just yours, and it's not because of you. Adults have a lit of stress to contend with. Fighting isn't the right way to handle it, but it's unfortunately pretty common.
  2. Let them cool off before you confront them.
It's pretty important that you let them know how their fighting affects you.

Most parents who fight in front of their kids have simply forgotten how painful that kind of thing is for kids.
It's your job to remind them, but make sure you bring it up when they're feeling calm and rational.

My final recommendation is that, if things get "serious" (as in you feel threatened, or their fighting takes a physical nature), then you need to inform someone you can trust.
It could be a teacher, a neighbor, a family friend... But you should never have to put up with feeling scared for your safety in your own home.

Good luck!
