Well if you like her and you want to know if she likes you, then there are two things you can do. Either tell her that you like her and directly ask her out or you can try to test the waters and flirt with her a bit. Her reactions to both of these should clue you in if she liked you back or not....but flirting can be a bit tricky to tell so before you make any assumptions if you decide to take that approach, you should flirt with her multiple times during multiple occasions and take note of how she reacts each time. Then hopefully, once you guys are on the same page and are openly liking each other, you can try to go ahead and kiss her.
