Because when you love someone truly and when they say to leave you and not love you it hurts very badly as you feel like no one likes you and all and that you're not nice, otherwise you wouldn't have been rejected so that's why it hurts badly!
Why does rejection hurt so bad?
It feels so badly because you probably feel like since that one guy won't except you know one will. Be positive, and move forward. Find another person! :)
