Sounds like you may be suffering from bottyhole disease, its quite serious +rare no amount of washing will help,you need specialist help you must go to A+E as soon as is possible, good luck you are in my thoughts,

Try doing something called WASHING your hands and then see if that stops.

Well I quess that you have had that finger in some awful places.

Because you have got gangreen, it will spread up your arm and will have to have your arm chopped off, and if your lucky that will stop it, if you are unlucky, it will keep spreading all through your body and you will die.
