I want to quit being the one doing all the efforts in the house. I work, study, cook, clean, do the laundry, take out the trash, wash the dishes, buy groceries *with my money only*....I want him to pull his weight?

Wait, what? He does nothing? Does he work? If isn't, he needs to get a job and make him do the chores a bit, like the dishes and the garbage, even the groceries. And it can't be just your money, where is his? Aren't you together? You both have to make the effort, here and if he isn't you either tell him or dump him. If you tell him and nothing happens, then you dump him, or warn him about ending things if he doesn't do his part in the relationship or something. 'Cause it can't be only you. You are not in this relationship alone.
