You could have a very romantic candlelight dinner, with music, soft light and rose petals on the table...red ones of course! Get a bottle if champagne, put the ring in the bottom of her glass before you give her the champagne! Or, depending on where you live, a nice walk on the beach on a warm evening, walk her right up to a sandcastle you have already made that's nestled inside of a heart you've drawn around it, put the ring on the top of the sandcastle!
