Be kind to her no matter what and don't say anything rude because honestly, it stinks to be under no speaking terms. I just did that with my mom yesterday, and really regretted saying shut up to her. (Don't ever say that!)
Listen to her.
Respect her.
Frankly, do the basics. It's hard sometimes, but it's worth the effort to stay calm too even in the most dreadful situations. Communication is the key!
