What remarkable thing happened to you today?
I found God at the beginning,middle and end of doing a 400 calorie ride on my new to me/rebuilt/used/broken elliptical. That God let me find for 75 dollars on craigslist garage sales.then he allowed me to repair it with a hours worth of work(welded back together the leaf spring part that the foot pad rests on) now i have a 400-500 dollar working elliptical that i just did my workout on this morning. : ).in case your wanting to see what the elliptical looks like ,
it is a 1280s proform elliptical. Now the bad part is i have not even started getting back into shape,because i have not even used the resistance settings on the machine yet :) and it is still beating me down just by pedaling it and pulling on the handles for 60 minutes.in case your wondering what else was so remarkable,7 weeks ago i could not even do a mile/20 minutes on a treadmill without having to sit down to catch my breath.which refers to the verse from the bible -Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.
