If Someone Lies To You, Can You Trust Them Again?

If they stammer when you seek an explanation from them for lying, then it is quite natural. It shows that they are guilty for lying to you and can't say it straight in your face that they lied to you. Had they not stammered, it would mean that they really didn't care about whether you were hurt or angry for their lying to you! Ask them but don't go mad at them. Then they will surely confess to you even if they stammered at the beginning. And I think that trust should never be so weak to be broken so easily. One lie is not enough to break a trust. You definitely should give them a second chance. If they are sorry for their behaviour, then they wont lie to you again...but if they are not sorry and lie to you once again, then there can be a reason for not trusting them again. But do give a chance...because its the people who lie and do wrong...not the animals and nor the angels! 

If that's the way they answered, I don't think you should trust the person until you feel it inside that he/she is now saying the truth!

I think you can trust them again, if you allow your self to forgive them and they admit that they were lying. Then maybe you could both work out the situation. Let the person calm down as well as yourself. Maybe try confronting them when no one else is around. Tell them you know what they did or said, and say forgive you but I don't understand why you did this to me. Hope this helps

 You can give that person a second chance,but if they LIE to you again I don`t think that you can give them another chance.....

If a person lie to you and apologizes and promises nt to lie again to you .....bt did.....thn its really nt possible to trust them again...I hate these type of people...and I also don't trust them...!Be aware of liars....the world is full of that kind of people....

I think you can trust that person again as long as they tell you in person that they did lie to you and explain that they were really sorry for what they did and no lie about it they promise to never lie to you again!!!

I think if they truly regret having done it and when confronted tell you the whole truth if they keep lying no use just leave then, sometimes people get caught lying and they keep doing that.

Have to trust again even tho its hard
