You can probably look on the official web site for the Department of family and protective services. I am a case worker in Texas and all our information is listed on the official page of the department. As far as the do's and don't they are trained for many months and there is not really an official list due to the nature of the job. Since there are no too cases alike it would be impossible to get that all in writing.
