Ask your husband (or wife) to join you in discussing the situation with the sister-in-law. Tell her you have different rules in your home and you will not tolerate disrespectfulness or destruction by her kids. Tell them you would like to have them visit, but if they cannot respect you and your home, then they are not welcome.
