It is so important for all children to be able to deal with conflict it called resilience. Depending on there age the best way for children of any age is to watch some good modeling from trusted adults. Everybody through out there life will go through conflict at some stage whether is a two yo fighting over a toy because they havent learnt sharing skills or a 8 yo having a fight in the play ground. If a child knows how to deal with conflict they are going to feel more safe, secure and in control of there world. It is really important to teach children if things don't go well while trying to solve conflict to ask an adult to help with the situation so things don't get out of hand.
