YES...they CAN !! If you think you'll get away with sending out dirty or lewd pics of yourself on your cell phone...think again. Most phone plans have special tricks for parents to keep an eye on their childrens' cell phone usage. If your smart, you will not attempt it. And if your parents are smart...they will check up on you every single day !!
