Get hold of a good sex manual and study it at length. It certainly shouldn't make you feel sick. Thunderclap headaches are a possible occurrence at the moment of orgasm but I have never heard of it inducing vomiting. Acid reflux is not uncommon after sex apparently. I have this problem also and only after facing the fact that I was sexually abused as a child, I had memories come when I was 27 did I make the connection.I minimized the abuse and always convinced myself it was no big deal, but when I finally accepted how broadly defined the concept of incest was and still is, it made perfect sense as to why I kept vomiting after sex. Who wouldn't. Therapy has helped me immensely.
