Yes but you should lick it instead of bite it. When you first get your braces your teeth will ache for mabey 1or2 weeks so it would hurt if you bit in something like a ice lolly. Just remember to cut things up into small bits and chew them on your back teeth ...but I think it would be hard to cut up ice cream.. Lol. Remember if you have braces and eat something with lots of suga like sweets then brush your teeth after.
