Best answer of the morning on Blurt...with that think I'll go get some breakfast and then maybe make some strawberry chocolate cookies...to go with the wine and ice cream for dinner

I had a friend that was that way, always liked to "superimpose" her experiences onto/into my life until I finally had it out with her....now, I don't talk to her at all about that certain aspect of my life.....ever.

Nope, I won't allow that, and everyone around me knows that.

No.  Our family members were either very respectful of our privacy .. Or just ignored us completely.  No one was overly into our business.

I guess we all know somebody who'd knows best but it's up to us whether we allow it to happen. There are many subtle ways to tell somebody to butt out -- and even more unsubtle ways if they don't listen the first time.

My mother-in-law has tried, but my husband and I have stopped letting her in. Actually, I think she was secretly hoping to break us up, so she can have him to herself. I think she finally figured out that if my husband was going to pick sides, he would pick me.

No, not at all. They've all passed away and it's been peaceful. I had a brother-in-law like that but he's passed away also. Nope ! Nice and quiet and peaceful. Only one that get's in my business now, is Hunter when he wants a ride or to be fed!
