I don't know. They start out so clean cut.
Good question but I think in the case of Miley Cyrus? It's her Dad's influence.
Fame gets to their head. It goes with anyone in their shoes. Not just Disney. You just kind of "expect" Disney to be clean cut cuz it is for "kids" but it really isn't for kids anymore. :0(
Any kid that becomes a star at a young and a critical developmental age of the teens years are always told ho wonderful they are and how people love them. Then hey hit adulthood, and no longer fit the cute kid mold and those adoring people around them to grow up and deal with it. The problem is they never learned how too deal with it. Most teens learn to feel awkward and insecure through out their high school years. These kids never had that. And it is nothing new. The same thing happened with some of the Little Rascals. Carl Switzer who played Alfalfa on the series was shot to death when he was drunk arguing over a hunting dog. Or look at many of the young stars from the 70s and 80s and their struggles. How many of them ended up on drugs and/or in jail?
