for all of you shooting off fireworks please respect our service men many have ptsd. fireworks will freak them out so go out of your way to respect them?

I rarely if ever shoot off any fireworks and as far as I know ? There aren't any other Vets near me. I only shoot off something small once in a while.

It's too bad that people get all caught up in blowing something up that they don't realize how the noise affects others. We've had kids blowing up fireworks all week long usually until midnight each night. I can't wait until the holiday is over.

In addition, we've already had two grown men playing with fireworks that have blown off most of their fingers within the past week. Ugh.

I agree Otis .. And in many locations, those are against the law anyway.  I wish people would realize that there are appropriate places to shoot them off so they don't annoy or injure anyone.

It has been more annoying this year! It seems like they have started WAY too soon and a lot more then usual. I was just assuming most people will not be celebrating on the 4th so they are thrilling themselves now.
