The biggest unfortunate thing in Love is that no one can make another feel the same way we do about them so break ups occur. This is where time will heal all things and with each passing day, the pain will subside a little more so try not to look backwards unless you plan on going there and just move forward but don't jump for anyone who comes along until youre absolutely ready to try again. Show him that you have respect for yourself and stay away from him, whatever you do don't try to change his mind.
Occupy yourself with things you enjoy, go out with your friends just keep yourself busy. Far better to find out now that he's not interested in you than to have him mess around with your feelings.
It's not that anything is wrong with you it's just that people are attractive to certain types, you've heard the expression "she's not my type" call it chemistry or whatever you want but there are plenty of other people who will be interested in you and you'll wonder why you even gave this person a second thought. Time is what you need.
Accept his friendship or move on. It's simple, don't add drama.
