Who knows? If you're waiting for him to ask you out .. Why don't you ask him out first? What are your excuses for waiting?

He is either too cheap and broke and dont want to tell you OR
He is married, in a relationship or taken and dont want to tell you OR
He is extremely shy and putting up a fake front on line/ over the phone.......
Either way I would stay clear of him. Sorry.
