For the most part - you have less knowledge and life experience to base decisions on, etc, and tend to have fewer worries / responsibilities. Not that you can't behave stupidly at any age, of course! ;)

Heck, it's generally part of life in general.

Unfortunately, it sometimes increases as one gets older.
