I think she is too young to be doing any of that. 7th grade? Seriously? That's like 13 years old! She shouldn't be 'making out' with anyone.

It sucks having friends who are the type to kiss and get a boyfriend at such a young age. I had a best friend who dated and 'kissed' in elementary school. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it too much, just talk to your friend and tell her that maybe that she couldn't be dating at such a young age. But if she aurgues then you can just let her do her own thing, her parents should be the ones talking to her instead.
I think it's none of your or our business ... It's between her and her parents.
I think it's wrong as well, but it's not my business, nor is it yours. All you can do is tell her what you think, and hope she makes the right decision next time.
