When I beat the person to the door, yes, I absolutely do. Usually people hold the door for me, though. I guess Chivalry does still exist!

Sometimes, sure. And people do them for me as well. Like Tyto, I do it for anyone, not just the traditional groups that "chilvaric" people are supposed to cater to. One time a woman offered her seat on a bus to me--that was unexpected, but I greatly appreciated it.
