Sounds like someone with issues, keeping all of that non car stuff piled in the car, or someone living it it.  But quite frankly, why are you so concerned?  If you think it is a criminal issue, or someone in need of assistance call the local cop shop and report it!

Sounds like a hoarding issue for sure! Usually they leave just the drivers seat open so they can get in.....scary.

The last time I went to a Chinese restaurant, a station wagon was parked outside, packed to the gills with about 80% magazines and books and 20% household items. It looked like someone had been living in it for quite some time, but they had a book and magazine addiction. When I left, I noticed it was gone. Someone had driven it away. What could possibly cause someone to drive a car around loaded up like that?

Right across the street from the restaurant is the theater where a crazy guy from out of state killed a lot of people for no good reason. I've been to that theater! Certain kinds of random nuts we encounter should be taken seriously, IMO. (I'm one to talk, right? LOL!)

What causes that is the same thing that causes a person to stockpile all kinds of stuff in their house. I used to live next door to a hoarder. There was so much crap stacked in his garage that when one side collapsed the roof stayed up. I had to cal the city to come out to get him to fix it. (I hat to think of the rodents in there.)

Who knows.  Once worked with a lady who had a station wagon like that.  She purchased a brand new giant Chryler station wagon.  And by the end of the week she had moved ALL of the crap from her old station wagon to the new one.
