Take a step back, take a deep breath....put some earphones on and go for a walk....find a good book to read, a nice hot steamy shower, call a friend and talk on the phone...not text. Just remember, this to shall pass.

First i try to be less negative as much as possible, cause negativity will add "Worst" to my bad day, but positiveness can bring a light into that dark day.

I'd would talk to someone that i know they would make me feel better.

Reading motivational & positive quotes

Listening to music

Walking (specially along the beach)

Taking a cold shower

Sleeping

Then we need to remember, "A bad day" divides into two part.

1.Something happened out of our control & it's just not our day, everyone has up & down days & it's one of those down sides.

"So only time can deal with it, we need to try to be calm & let the time pass & it gets through"

2.The bad day is our own fault & caused by ourselves.

"Then time rarely can fix this, we need to do something about it, we need to fix it but moving toward the matter or it will stay bad forever"

Then we need to remember:

Everything in this world is temporary, if you having a good day, enjoy it, cause it won't last forever, if you having a bad day, don't be worry, it'll pass too.

And appreciate your bad days as well, because without them, you wouldn't understand what kind of unique feeling it is to feel "good" to have a "good" day. Bad days makes us to know how it feels to have a good day from the first place.

I usually will go out and do some chores or clean my pool to get my mind off whatever is troubling me into having a bad day. I have a tendency to keep things locked up inside me and not talk much to others when things aren't going right ! What seems to work the best though is I get into a good PC game and relax and forget about a rotten day. We all have them. It'll get better as time goes by. Just occupy yourself so you don't think about it. Forget about it ! Capisce'?

Listen to music , write a poem, when I wrote a poem it takes away all my pain , I remember that mid night when I had given up on my life for a mere boy and ten I wrote a poem and could sleep patiently ! When I have a bad day , I don't feel like dancing , yet I force myself to joy up myself!

There are many ways to help reduce the stress of a  typical stressful  bad day .. Things that will help deflect my thoughts, and bring moments of comfort, or even help to recharge.  For me .. It's a hot shower, a good cry, and sleep (if that is even possible) .. The following day I typically feel recharged and ready to do it all over again.

I help someone who needs it. Take a meal to a sick family member. Clean out my friends house after she had surgery. Run an errand for a friend. Find a kid and take them to the park and ice cream after. Helping others always gets me out of my "bad day" doldrums.

I try not to let the little things bother me, but sometimes something bigger bothers me and then I either write about it in my diary or cry my heart out in the shower or bath, as you can use the water to wash the tears off and no one will know I've been crying.  I also find that talking to sometimes helps or I like to play my flute or clarinet or even talking to my Guinea pigs.

Go watch something really happy and emotional. And if it is because you think you stand out from the rest, well... You can't because according to the multiverse theory, there are infinite universes, therefore everything is and has occurred an infinite number of times.
