Is it worth the time and money dating in highschool?

Yes, as long as it isn't all you focus on. Dating in high school teaches you how to deal with people in a relationship, as well as teaches you what you want and what you don't want in a significant other. Your teen years is not only where you learn about academics, but about social skills as well.
