I guess when I make someone smile or laugh and they're happy. May not seem like much to some people but it really makes me feel good that I made someone's day better.

One thing that makes me happy is complete silence. I like to meditate a lot. Also I'm an introvert and get headaches when I'm around too many people, so silence gives me calm.

For me it is more of an experience rather than a thing. That woud be when a song lines up perfectly with an event in life. Example: It was a beautiful day, 70 degrees, and little to no humidity. I was driving down the road when I rounded a sharp corner and downshifted into 1st and slammed down on the gas petal. My car flew forward around the corner and at the exact moment the song on the radio "dropped the bass" in a way that made it feel like a scene from a movie. Incidents like this and similar always put a smile on my face even on the worst days. Bet of luck to you.

Effort. Does that make any sense? Choosing to do something whether you feel like it or not.

I like seeing morbidly obese people sweating out at the gym. Not technically watching them the whole time or anything, that would be creepy. But just knowing that there's a big fella sweating it out on the treadmill makes me happy.

I like seeing kids study whenever I go grab a coffee or tea.  I'd ask them what they're studying and quiz them on a familiar topic. If they get it right I'd give them 5 bucks or something. Heck I even give $20 every now and then. I have a soft spot for computer science students T__T.

Things like that.
