Yes, you can ship your products to almost anywhere I'd say. The only exceptions I can think of are very remote places (although there are companies that specialise in delivering to places like the Arctic Circle), and warzones.
Certain countries might have political, economic or legal restrictions in place that could block your product - depending on what it is you're selling - so that's something to think about too!
However, in order to run a profitable business, I would recommend analyzing how your product is distributed and whether shipping globally is always the best strategy.
In some cases, in might be better to arrange a deal with a local distributor in the area you plan to ship to, in other instances it might even be more effective to have the product assembled or produced locally, especially if labour costs are more favourable overseas.
But, in short, there's pretty much no corner of the Earth that you can't ship your product to.
