NO. Unless the person is a Wiccan or into VooDoo. The person has got to you somehow and your brain is into overdrive. If that person has had an affair with your other half then it is bound to cause problems...however the other half shouldn't be going with other people or if this person hasn't had any type an affair with the other half or she/he has a crush then the only person who is causing problems etc would be you and your paranoia and jealousy. You need to speak to your other half in a calm way. It might be overactive imagination and get some reassurance.
No one can do "evil things" to you to others their are evil people out there and are not nice etc but they cannot do anything black magically to your home or house or family - its myth - and with Wicca or VooDoo everything you send out comes back to them threefold so anyone who is Wicca etc knows not to send out black magic spells and bad wishes.. Also if this is becoming a problem believing this, then it might be time to speak to your doctor about how you feel as it might be a type of depression.
No one can or will ever be able to cast evil or evil entities to your home. Maybe someone said something to you and you are into all things spiritual etc to get to you. Nothing is there accept bad vibes from the tension this situation is creating.
If this is causing a problems as a separate issue I would suggest to go and see a medium or a crystal therapist and see that is what with the home. Sometimes angry and tension can cause a bad energy in the home.
