She's either looking to cheat or she just wants to be friends....but if she's looking to cheat, you should be better than that and not go through with it. It just isn't right. I know that if you were cheated on you wouldn't like it so why make another man go through it? Leave her alone or tell her you just want to be friends.

The point is, there might be a lot of reasons behind her choice:
1) She might want to make her boyfriend jealous
2) She might be in crisis in her relationship and she likes you so she wants to find out more about you to see if she likes you more
3) She might just want to cheat and have fun
BUT
4) She might just be friendly and you seemed like a nice guy, so why not meet someone new for once? Maybe you've been knowing each other for a while now, or you might have met in certain circumstances (maybe work, sport or something else) so that you actually share some common ground.
The only way you can find out about her intentions is to see what happens during the date. Howevr,don't let yourself be too judgmental and if you enjoy this person's company, go to this date and see how it goes. Be prepared to anything and don't hold your expectations too high. If she wants to cheat on her boyfriend with you, ask yourself if it is really worth it and if it is a thing you want to do. Sometimes things are really less complicated than we think they are.
