This is his insecurity showing here as he may be thinking youre cheating on him. Hes not going to believe what you tell him but it is what it is and he has to learn to deal with his insecurities soon or destroy the relationship but many guys think this but not much you can do here but don't argue it with him as youll lose so ignore him or ask him why isn't he bigger and that should stop him.
