many breakup couples usually don't end up staying friends or having contact , although some stay friends , some people usually fully hate they ex , while some just try to avoid them , maybe ure ex is at this stage , he/she is confused and doesn't know if they should stay friends with you , maybe uve had a bad relationship and they want to forget that , try to move on

Yup, it sounds to me like he's really not interested in hearing from you.

I hate to sound harsh, but sometimes you need to hear the brutal truth before you move on.

I think if you keep messaging him, your are only going to look more and more desperate. Very few guys find desperation to be an attractive quality.

If you really want him back in your life, you should focus on living your life, doing amazing things, and having fun with friends, family and perhaps a new love interested?

He'll eventually catch wind of how happy you are and what an amazing time you're having, and then he many have second thoughts about having split up with you.

That's when you laugh in his face and walk off with your new boyfriend.
