I have digested semen many years when swallow my hubbys penis and only gives me a little diarea and upchuck. One time I digested semen from a stranger and the result were the same. Not sick. Just diarea :/

It should not make you sick. All I can say is try it a few times if you like it you like it. If you don't you don't. If he loves you he wont make you swallow it.
