old and it wasn't so great because I had bad cramps and all my friends got it when they
were 13-16, anyways what I'm saying is that everyone gets is at different ages and you have
nothing to worry about.
Nah, you're normal girl. I don't understand you people though. Yes, I got mine at twelve, but I've always considered it a curse. The only thing you could be doing wrong is not eating enough, but if you're at a healthy weight then you're perfectly fine. Have patience.
Don't worry. Ask when your mother, sisters, grandmothers got it. It's linked to genetics. My grandma did get hers until 16, my mom, 17, my sis 17...me, I was only 13.
Look, it will come and it doesn't matter if your friends have it already.
Just believe in yourself and if you don't get it by the age of 16, you should see the doc.
It's normal. I know a few people who didn't start until they were 18, so I wouldn't worry about it. And I don't think you should WANT to start. The cramps suck.
I know what you mean; it feels like you're less mature than others, but trust me, they get really annoying really quickly. You will hate them. You can't do sports and it makes you feel really ill. 14 isn't late. If you get to 16 and still haven't started, maybe you should be worried, but it just depends on you. Anyway, there's nothing you can do to make it come quicker, so try not to stress out about it (actually, stress can sometimes mess around with your cycle...).
