Can You Pass A Polygraph Test Even If You Lie While Taking It?

Most likely you wont pass it, they can usually tell.  If you are lying to law-enforcement, I would advise against it, if they find out you are lying and he is wanted you can become an accessory, or they can arrest you for interfering with a police investigation.  Good-Luck

Unless you are extremely strong-willed mentally and a good liar, you likely won't pass the test. Remember, if you make yourself believe it, it's not really a lie anymore now is it?

No.  Recent studies have shown that people who try to "beat"
the polygraph by using various techniques taught on the internet
actually make their scores worse than they would have if they hadn't
tried them.  A legitimate examiner can not be beat with today's
