Don't worry. If your boobs are small now, that means theyll be bigger later. Your body develops at its own pace. If your not satisfied with your result, get a boob job or even try fake boobs or stuff your bra. No one has to know.

I know where your coming from! I'm 13 and SO sick of being told I have small boobs. And my best freind always shows off her cleavage and it ticks me off! Just go to a Rue21 (if you have one) and they have double push-up bra's. They work :)

I'm 13 too and the boys all ways make fun of me, but I'm glad I'm not the only one! I'm kinda scared because I think there not going to grow. What helped me was I asked my mum how old she was when hers started growing and she said 14. I'm 14 in july so I can't wait :L I'm just letting nature take its course and hope for the best. P.s if you wear your bra in bed, then stop. See if they grow overnight xxx

I'm 13 and going through the same thing, but one thing that makes me feel happy atm is that if you develop breasts early it increases your chances of getting breast cancer, and that fact that I can run really fast and do a lot of sports without things bouncing around everywhere... Lol

enjoy being young, I bet when you get older you would have wished you were young again ^.^

Trust me I'm 13 to and I get made fun of all the time but I just ignore them. I'm only a 54 B but I wear a push up bra, witch kinda hides the fact tht I have no boobs at al!l and I desperatly try and find ways to make it seem like I have boobs but I'm wishing they will start to grow :P

I have the same problrm, In 1 month I am like 14 and my friends has bigger boobs then .... Some 18 year oldsMaybe it;s because I was skiny and now I am like 44 kg and they started growing:)
