If Parents Were Never Married, Can The Mother Move Out Of State With The Children?

Well you have to look at d laws of each state but most of them consider a marriage after a man and a woman live together in an intimate relation . What I mean in some states you don't need to have a paper that say that you are married because after certain time the state will consider you as married. Now you can't take a child with out the consent of the other parent whether you are married or not but you have to go to court to probe parent ship
