Does Ragging Develop Friendship Or Not?

Well, it depends upon the way one sees it... Some may be offended, while others don't.. It also depends upon how the person is ragged... For example, a person may be ragged to sing, to dance, to speak in front the the audience, or anything, coz it may develop, or in some cases, reveal the inner talent of some people.. But in many occasions, ragging is nothing but harsh treatment of the first years, disrespect and dishonesty.... It rarely is helpful.....
