Pampers have a soft, cloth-like outer layer, with green lining on the inside around the legs to keep leeks from happening. Pampers also have an UltraAbsorb core that pulls wetness in and away from the baby's bottom. Inside the diaper there is also an aloe addictive to help rash prevention.
