My son is age 19 with a learning disability.They are saying my son would be better placed in a resedential setting .My sons wishes are he would like to live hear in the communty .They are saying my son is a risks .My son was placed hear from the courts with services coming into the home .This has not happen.Can they put an order on .If so what is the order .
