How old is your sister and when did this obsession start? Are you seeing her behavior as obsessive?
Sometimes people use the term obsession a bit freely. Is she skipping responsibilities or breaking rules to be with them? Then that is a problem. If she is just checking them out and moving on, nothing wrong with that.
