Why do people stare?
Tired, rude, trouble focusing/ poor eyesight, curious, flabbergasted and in shock and admiration.
It's rude if deliberate. But sometimes people are deep in thought and don't really notice where they are looking.
Maybe you have spinach in your teeth?
