Yes, quite a few. Friends are friends no matter how far away they are.

Yes. That is the upside of Facebook. No matter where they or our I travel we can see what is going on in each others' lives.

I do.  I still have friends dating back to the 1950's from elementary, junior high, and high school living all over the country.
