Yes, families and friends can cause you the most hurt, simply because there is an emotional bond between you. You can always drop a 'friend' who has gone rogue, but we're stuck with our family members and to sever the bond takes much resolve.

Its a well known thing that we always manage to hurt those closest to us, or those we love the most. After working with people for many years, this is very true, not that we mean too but somehow we manage to take it out on them and then feel sorry afterwards
