If you're 55 and over, have you spent all your children and grandchildren's inheritance😛?

No. I'm not leaving them a fortune since they are all doing very well financially on their own. Most of what I have is going to various charities and other funds. I'll be leaving my kids everything that I physically own, that's all they need.

I am a year short of 55, but I am going to answer anyway. I am more worried about having enough to make it through my life, not what I am going to leave. With that said I have only one step-child to leave it to, and I suspect she will be well off enough it won't need and inheritance.

I'm only 26 but as of right now, I get all my money to myself because we don't want kids and Mrs. Goofyhawk claims she's going to die first. She says I can handle death better than she can.

No, not at all. The thought has crossed my mind about the kids with their attitudes but I think I'll leave whatever is left to the grand children as they know no better. They call and are always polite.

No. But over the years, except for one, the others have borrowed  against their inheritance to the point there is nothing left (they never paid anything back).  I still love them and they are aware of their financial situations. What is left is going to the youngest one's education.
