Well in California they are making about 600$ an hour. So for that kind of money you'd think they'd do more than notes or doodles.
Maybe they are listing all the ways to spend their money.

When I went ... Decades ago ... I asked, and he showed me. Just a bunch of notes about what I was saying.
I don't know if its a federal law in the US, or just a state one where I'm at ... But Psychiatrist notes are the same as any other medical record about yourself, and you can demand to see them (or even get copies of them).
I've never been to one, but I've had to talk to this social worker once, and I think that she thought I was crazy
