What you state is so very true, court cases and government policies have been won/set using the manipulation of "facts" to skew the actual meaning.

This is the thoughts who cause innocent people to get executed.

Facts simply can be fraud and made up. Facts can get fabricated. And sometimes the strongest analyst sources get fooled. Plus, not always everything is the same as it seems.
