Check with your doctor as the cause of this may be medical in nature....like a medication that you are taking, or a hormonal imbalance. Either way, your doctor should be able to help you with this.

First stop saying " don't " - that sabotages you right from the start. Watching porn might help. Buying toys to experiment with might also help. If these things fail- see your family doctor. He/she may have a solution for you.

Asking anonymously defeats the purpose. If you're male the solution is likely to be much different than if you're female.

There may be clinical or psychological reasons which can be dealt with very simply. You need to speak to a professional.

Hi, Jessica. Welcome to Blurtit. I hope you enjoy your stay with us.

There's something else you've probably just discovered: the software is a bit slow and if you hit the enter key twice while it's thinking, it will post your comment twice. We've all been caught on that.

I'd rather leave this particular question for the women to answer. Even so, a couple of thoughts come to mind.

You're not going to get aroused if you aren't moist and manual stimulation can help with that. And if your partner is too eager, or unable to sustain your stimulation, that can also be inhibiting. If they've already finished while you're still warming up it's going to be frustrating for you.

That's assuming there's no medical reason for the problem, of course.

If you are male, get your testosterone levels checked.
