What are some killer conversation starters when you don't know exactly what to text people and you want them to respond back? (This if if you don't know the person that well, like you aren't that close)

Ahh... Okay! I get the situation, broski!  Well, there are many people I had been talking to and didn't know well (but I had gotten to know them more and texting/talking became more or less... Normal) What you can do is ask questions to get to know them better, use words like "Oh! By the way..." Or any other form like that..  You don't necessarily need to use those. You could also talk about your surroundings ^^... I do that when I want to talk to people. :D
